Today we had exceptional service Allisand our server went above and beyond to get things right. There was a lot of call outs in the kitchen so there was delays on everything from our appetizers to our meals but she was on top of it and was checking on us often. She made sure we were ok and was super friendly with my wife and boys. I would completely recommend if you go to this specific one in Lutz to ask for Allisand for great service!
Awesome place to eat. Huge area, no waiting time. Staff is friendly and we were constantly checked on. Food was excellent! Nice bar area to watch sports. Can pay at the table without the wait staff being present, very convenient. Located near tons of places to shop, including the premium outlet mall and near the interstate.
I haven't been to this place before but I came off of a recommendation. This place was really good. I saw some YouTube videos that said that they weren't that good but I'm glad I went for myself because I had a really good time. The drinks were amazing. We had to get an extra shot to give them more umph but they were tasty with or without it. We got the Watermelon Margarita, Island Tiki and the Maui Margarita. The Maui Margarita was a huge winner that we had to order more. For the apps, the honey butter croissants were insane. The cheesy bites and the chips with queso (although very runny) were really good. A little on the salty side but it was better to share those than eat on your own. But when it came to the entree, those were really really good. The beer batter fish and shrimp was a 10/10. The steak (I forgot which one was a 10/10. My rack of ribs was an 11/10. The burger was decent at 9/10. But to be honest, the service was what enhanced our entire eating experience. We loved Aaron. A-a-ron was extremely helpful, attentive, and all-around nice guy. If I'm in town again and want to come here, we want to have Aaron as our server.
Took the family for lunch at Cheddars. It was our first time going and it did not disappoint. No waiting for lunch, so that was a plus. Nice restaurant decor, modernly old, but in a good way. The booths had higher walls so it seemed more intimate and not so on top of people. Our service was phenomenal. Shellece was an amazing server. She seemed like a genuinely nice person, who cared that we were there. She was there when we needed her and knew just when to pass. Shellece was the type of employee everyone wants to represent their company. The food was quite delicious. They bring you 4 cressent rolls with a special drizzle. Oh my my, those are worth the trip by themselves. Light and airy, almost donut-like. If you try the drizzle, expecting it to be a icing taste, you would be sadly mistaken. Its a cinnamon butter delight. One kiddo got a kids chicken tenders & a salad, the other kiddo got the kids penne pasta Alfredo with broccoli cheese casserole. Parents split the Cheddars Trio Sampler. The chicken tenders were delicious. Very juice with a crunchy flakey breading. The spinach dip was yummy. Even the kiddos dove into that. And the queso dip w/meat added, was one of the better quesos we've had in a while. The kidos both enjoyed their meals. Except for the broccoli cheese casserole, that was rice cheese and broccoli. I don't think it was what she expected, as she said she did not like it, but she eats those items regularly. Overall, our first trip was a good one. We will be back to try more food and see its its as delicious as the sample. Lol. Give them a shot! Hopefully you get Shellece as a server!
I just wanna say this is my third time eating at this restaurant . I had the pleasure of having Tyler as my server and she was nothing short of amazing. She was very attentive, professional and continuously checked in on our table to see if we needed anything. We didn’t really know what to order and she suggested a couple of items and they were great. I will definitely be coming back specifically just to sit at Tyler’s table. I’ve ate at many establishments and Tyler by far is one of the best servers I’ve encountered.
Great food, great service. thanks Roselle! We had onion rings as an appetizer, so good. they are thin sliced and delicious. I had the meatball, mashed potatoes and broccoli with a watermelon vodkarita 😋 Hubby had the bourbon salmon with rice and green beans. We got a fried apple pie and carrot cake to go 😋

My wife and I arrived about 4:30 last Saturday and there was already a wait of 20 minutes (due to being near the Tampa Outlet Mall and the ever growing Wesley Chapel area). We decided to sit at the bar there and were served almost instantly by Jordan. As others where completing their shifts, she was pleasantly multi tasking also mixing drinks for customers not just sitting at the bar. More couples decided to sit at the bar and ordered their meals as well with drinks. Jordan's customer service was "top notch" from when we placed the order, through getting our food to us in a timely manner, to paying attention if we or any customers at the bar needed anything else. She is a model of how customers should be treated in a restaurant like Cheddars. Kudos to Jordan, 5 star service! We will definitely be coming back to this Cheddars, service with class and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience. My review says it all. Food is great and customer service is top notch. Ask for food server Jordan at the bar.
